These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of subscriptions, digital services, and event tickets made on fuer.fr with Maxime DUCAMP (EI).
01 Pricing and Billing
Prices for services and subscriptions are shown in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Maxime DUCAMP reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but orders are billed at the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
An electronic invoice is sent to the Client by email for each transaction or subscription renewal.
02 Secure Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not collect or store any payment card information on our servers.
Payment is due in full immediately upon ordering or on the billing anniversary date for recurring subscriptions.
03 Subscription Term and Cancellation
Subscriptions are concluded for a fixed term (monthly or annual) with automatic renewal.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time directly from their customer dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for active billing periods.
04 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code:
- Digital Services: The 14-day cooling-off period cannot be exercised for digital services fully executed before the end of the period or for digital content delivery initiated after explicit customer agreement.
- Event Tickets: The right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities to be provided on a specific date or period. Purchased event tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation.
05 Warranties & Liability
Maxime DUCAMP guarantees the conformity of the services with their description. Our liability is strictly capped at the total amounts paid by the Client to us during the preceding 12 months.
06 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please write to [EMAIL_ADDRESS] to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
